The following properties accept pets with
prior approval of Cottages to Castles
and/or the property owner, along with payment of a non-refundable pet fee:
Cottages: 1 Week Minimum
1 Bedroom Cottages sleep 2 - 4 people. Please
note, some breeds are larger and we count them as 'people' in terms of space,
especially if a sleeper sofa is being utilized in these very small cottages. If
you have 3 or more people plus a pet, we reserve the right to decline a
rental request based on Fire Code and Occupancy Guidelines.

Condos: Pets are not permitted in any condominiums on Sanibel or Captiva.
Homes: 28 Day Minimum

County ordinances do not permit pets on
any Captiva Beach at this time.
