regular payments via mail or through credit card payments. This account makes
saving for that much deserved vacation easy!
Option 1: Monthly Installment Payments
- Security Deposit pre-paid at
time of booking by personal check or credit card
- Total rent, taxes and applicable fees (crib rentals, personal chef, bike
rentals, etc) will be paid in equal, monthly installments by personal
check or credit card until paid in full 28* days prior to your arrival date (*60
days for reservations of 2 weeks or longer or Private Homes).
- COST: The following Administrative Fees are applicable per payment
transaction processed:
Vacation Cost-
$ 500 - $ 3,000 = $ 15 or
4.00% whichever is greater
$ 3,001 - $ 9,000 = $ 35 or 4.00%
whichever is greater
$ 9,001 - $12,000 = $ 50 or 4.00%
whichever is greater
$12,001 - $25,000 = $ 75 or 4.00% whichever
is greater
$25,001 - up
= $100 or 4.00% whichever is greater
Option 2: Quarterly Installment
Payments

3.5% whichever is greater
$ 3,001 - $ 9,000 = $ 75 or 3.5%

$ 9,001 - $12,000 = $125 or 3.5%

$12,001 - $25,000 = $150 or 3.5% whichever
is greater
$25,001 - up
= $175 or 3.5% whichever is greater
Cancellation Penalties as outlined on
your Reservation Confirmation are applicable to all Vacation Club Reservations.
