The Sandhurst Guest house was originally constructed in 1963 and is available only in addition to the rental of the Main House.  It cannot be rented separately from the Main House.

This charming cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway or a weeklong retreat away from the main house.  The Florida Room is a perfect place to relax with a good book on a rainy day (or to enjoy a romantic candlelight dinner for two), while the cottage itself features all of the comforts of home. 

With a King bed in the bedroom, a trundle sofa that opens into 2 Twin beds in the Florida Room,  2 tvs, dvd/vcr, cordless telephone, answering machine, cd stereo and full-size washer/dryer you'll feel right at home!
 

 
The Florida Room features a twin trundle day bed with sleeping for 2, as well as a dining table that seats 6.
