Enjoy island living at the Powers home, a lovely townhouse located on a quiet Sanibel street. 
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa is part of a 4-unit community that offers private garages, screened lanais and a beautiful, heated swimming pool. 

   
The living room area features vaulted ceilings. The pool and grounds are beautifully maintained.
Can you see the Great White Heron by the shallow end of the pool? 
He stopped by to search for a snack and a drink!

  
The Dining Room, Kitchen, Living Room and Screened Lanai 
are located on the main living level.

 
The Master Bedroom is on the Top Level. It features a King bed 
and shares a bath with the 2-Twin bedroom (below left).

 
The Queen bedroom and bath are located on the Main living level, 
just off of the living room and kitchen. 

The Powers home features a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, cable televisions, vcr, cordless telephone with answering machine and cd player.
The Gulf of Mexico beaches are nearby, via public beach access.
