A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, one of the nation's top culinary institutes, Matt has enlivened the culinary scenes at private clubs in Naples, Marco Island, the Keys, Bahamas and Washington D.C. before settling back on the islands. His plates are veritable works of art. His food combines the best
of contemporary and classical cuisines with an island flair. While executive chef at the four-star Captiva Art Cafe, he was featured in Bon Appetit magazine.

**Matt also has his Captain's License -- he can take you out sightseeing on the water and help you "fish for your dinner!"
