A Pleasure From Beginning to End

"From the moment we contacted C2C, until the moment we said goodbye everything was easy, on point, and beautiful. The team at C2C is detail oriented and thinks of everything. The whole process is seamless. Sharon ensures that you have everything you need, and she knows the island like the back of her hand so if you need recommendations while you're there she is the best! Atrium 203 felt like home from the moment we arrived. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. Beautifully curated furnishings that are obviously not "rental unit", but heirloom quality. Beautiful linens, tons of towels, and we really loved being able to open and close the plantation shutters with ease to let the natural light in. There isn't a thing I reached for in the beautiful kitchen that wasn't available. Again, high end and well thought out. The living area is a large airy space with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the view of the Gulf. The very large screened in lanai is the perfect spot for a coffee or a cocktail. The chaise lounges and dining set on the lanai are simply beautiful. We enjoyed days on the beach, and afternoons by the pool. Although we didn't use them, we did see grills available for use. We loved the time we were fortunate enough to spend here. It truly felt like a home, not a rental. Between the team at C2C and the beauty of Atrium 203 we truly felt like welcomed guests. We can't wait to come back!

"I so enjoyed coming back to Paradise after being away for 3 years. My husband and I owned a condo in Sanibel for 25 years and spent much time escaping the winters in CT. Unfortunately my husband passed and I sold our place and haven’t returned since 2018. My children and grandkids came with me for the first week and friends second week. So enjoyed staying at your condo and sitting every morning with the great view. Back to Paradise did my heart good and I will definitely be back soon. Thanks for the rental. Your place is lovely!

Atrium 203 -Fabulous in Every Way

"What a wonderful home to spend our time in Sanibel. We rode bikes (thanks for that) saw Ding Darling, ate great food, cooked in, shelled and enjoyed the pool. Just a peaceful and relaxing time. The cabana was a perfect spot to pop in and get a cool beverage, and rinse off in the private shower after being at the beach. We had absolutely everything we needed, and the views were incredible. We loved the beautiful furnishings, and being able to sit on the lanai and watch the sunrise and sunset with a good book is underrated. Thanks so much for sharing your place, and we look forward to returning next year.
