Duggers #6 is one of 7 quaint cottages at Duggers Tropical Village that harken back to Sanibel when there was a ferry to the island and condominiums didn't exist.

These darling cottages are directly across the street from the beach, via private deeded access, and are only 1.3 miles biking or walking distance to the heart of the island galleries, restaurants, shops, grocery and theaters.

This 536 square foot cozy cottage features a lovely beach-themed coastal decor throughout. Featuring ceramic tile, central heat and air conditioning, wifi and more, the cottage has everything you need for a stay of one week, one month or longer.

Duggers 6 is also one of only two cottages that offers a cozy, private screened porch that is a perfect spot to enjoy a book, your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The spacious living and dining area has a comfy sofa, a 40" flat panel tv, dvd player and a dining table that seats 4. The fully-equipped kitchen offers a stove, oven, refrigerator and a microwave.

The coastal blue bedroom has a King bed, a flat panel tv and a spacious double-wide closet. A 3-piece bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom, and it features a single vanity, along with a walk-in shower with glass shower doors and safety grab bars.

In addition to the private screened porch, there is a lovely outside patio with a charcoal bbq grill, an outdoor shower and beach chair storage.

There is a community shuffleboard court for your use and enjoyment as well. Enjoy a game, enjoy sitting under the trees and meet your neighbors at this lovely garden spot.

A laundry house is located on site with a coin-operated washer and dryer for your use.

The beach is 150 yards away via private beach access adjacent to White Caps cottages. Fabulous Sanibel shelling is right there! Island restaurants, galleries and shops are 1.3 miles away.

A minimum one week stay is required at Duggers Tropical Village.

Duggers #6 is professionally managed by Cottages to Castles of Sanibel & Captiva. Since 1997, they've been making sure that each stay is a memorable one.

PLEASE NOTE: Duggers #6 is a Smoke-Free and Pet-Free Cottage. We try to maintain a pet-free residence for guests with allergies. Failure to disclose your pet (or a visiting pet) could result in eviction, additional cleaning charges, and forfeiture of all prepaid funds.

The private bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, TV and plenty of storage. There is a full bathroom with walk-in shower. All linens for the bedroom and bathroom are included. Enjoy a cross breeze on your peaceful screened-in porch and unwind with a good book from our complimentary lending library. It's the perfect vacation property to relax and enjoy paradise at its best!
