Your perfect island vacation starts right here, in this delightful beach cottage rental.

Duggers #7 is one of 7 quaint cottages at Duggers Tropical Village that harken back to Sanibel when there was a ferry to the island and condominiums didn't exist. These cottages are directly across the street from the beach, via private deeded access, and are only 1.3 miles biking or walking distance to the heart of the island galleries, restaurants, shops, grocery and theaters.

#7 is the only 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage at Duggers, and the only one with its own private laundry room within the cottage.

#7 features laminate flooring throughout the living and dining room, carpeted bedrooms, central heat and air conditioning, a bbq grill, and a laundry room.

The living room features a tropical sectional sofa with a Queen sleeper, a bamboo coffee table with integrated seating for 2, as well as a flat panel tv. The living room is spacious, and it is perfect for entertaining.

The dining area seats 6 comfortably, and a breakfast bar provides additional seating for 2 by the kitchen.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, and is fully-equipped with all cooking utensils, pots and pans, and whatever you might need.

The Primary bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, while the guest bedroom features 2 twin beds. The guest bath is in the hall, near the laundry and kitchen, and it features a tub/shower that is ideal for bathing little ones.

The beach is 150 yards away via private beach access adjacent to White Caps cottages. Yes, famous Sanibel shelling is only steps away. Island restaurants, galleries and shops are 1.3 miles away.

There is a community shuffleboard court for your use and enjoyment as well. Enjoy a game, enjoy sitting under the trees and meet your neighbors at this lovely garden spot.

A minimum one week stay is required at Duggers Tropical Village.

Duggers #7 is professionally managed by Cottages to Castles of Sanibel & Captiva. Since 1997, they've been making sure that each stay is a memorable one.

Your doggie may be welcome at this property with prior approval of the Owner and Cottages to Castles. Payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required. The non-refundable fee is based on the length of your stay and the number of doggies in residence and/or visiting the property. Weight limit and breed restrictions may be applicable, based on the type of property rented.

Failure to disclose a doggie in residence and/or visiting the property for non-overnight stays can result in eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid funds.
