Fabulous Gulfside Place - Available Now!

Gulfside Place #107 is a three bedroom, three bath condominium that is officially available to rent. Don't hesitate and miss out on what is sure to be a fabulous vacation home away from home. It won't last long!

The living room has a comfy sectional and club chair, and you can enjoy the water views, watch TV, or enjoy the quiet of this corner end-unit.

The kitchen has custom Bremtown cabinetry along with a generously oversized center island with seating for 6. Entertaining and food prep is a breeze in the fully-equipped kitchen, and there is even a wine captain for your beverages. Calphalon cookware and Williams Sonoma china, and glassware are provided.

The primary bedroom has a King bed with Serena and Lilly linens, a Smart TV, an en-suite bath with a seamless glass door shower and a walk-in closet with custom shelving. The sliding doors lead to the lanai, and you can head down the private outdoor staircase to go to the pool and beach.

The 2nd guest bedroom features 2 Full beds, and an adjacent spacious 3-piece bath with a tub/shower combination.

The 3rd bedroom is on the opposite side of the condo (by the living area), and it has a Full bed and en-suite 3-piece bath with a shower.

There is plenty of storage available, with hall and entry closets available for your use. There is also a dedicated laundry room with a stack washer-dryer.

Unit 107 comes with a covered, assigned parking space that can accommodate 2 vehicles, so your car can be protected from the elements.

Gulfside Place is one of the most luxurious gulf front condominium communities on the the island, on Middle Gulf Drive. There are two low-rise buildings on 17 acres of lush tropical landscaping directly on 1,200 feet of beach.

There are 84 spacious units, split into an east and west side (42 units per side), with each having its own Olympic sized lap pool, sauna, grills, and more. The property is quiet and serene.

The amenities for each building include a heated pool, sauna, lighted tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, bbq grills, and covered parking.

There is a fitness room in the clubhouse, complete with weight machines, treadmills, free weights, stability balls, rowing machine, and more. In addition, there is a beautifully furnished community room, kitchen and on-site manager's office at the clubhouse.

Gulfside Place is a luxurious complex that can delight you in many ways, as its close proximity to shops and restaurants will have you living like a local. Sound perfect? It is!

A minimum 30 night stay is required at Gulfside Place, and a rental application is required to be submitted to the Association for approval.

Sanibel is regularly recognized as one of the Top 10 Beaches in the USA, is a Top 3 Shelling Beach, and is famous for its sugar sand beaches, fishing (tarpon, redfish, snook, grouper, sea trout, rod and fly fishing), and the J.N. 'Ding' Darling National Wildlife Refuge. Birders come from all around the world, and Sanibel is home to the Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum - the only museum in the world devoted to shells!

A credit card is accepted for payment of the refundable security deposit only. Final payments must be made by check, eCheck, bank wire, or cashier's check.
