If you enjoy walks on the beach, sunbathing, shelling and sunsets, look no further. Brody's Shell Shack is located on the desirable East End, and it is only three houses from the beach access on one of the few streets that has access to both the gulf AND bay.

Brody's Shell Shack has just been purchased and its new owners are renovating away! It will be completed by late summer/early fall, and it can be yours for the Winter 2020 season, so don't wait!

Nestled on a quiet street, featuring quaint, original island homes, you'll feel like you've gone back to a simpler place and time. You'll feel as if you've always known this place as your home away from home. Yes, it's that special.

Brody's Shell Shack will be getting the spa treatment, starting with a fresh exterior paint job in a tropical blue shade with white trim. In addition, it will feature brand-new flooring throughout, kitchen cabinetry/countertops/appliances, impact windows and sliding doors, furnishings and more - so you'll want to check back often for updated photos. Or, give us a call and we'll update you in real-time as to how the renovation is progressing.

With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an expansive screened porch, spacious back yard, 2 car garage and storage galore, Brody's Shell Shack will be ideal for island entertaining during your stay. Whether you invite family, friends or neighbors to stop by, you'll enjoy the new kitchen, flooring, furnishings - and the view of the lush, tropical trees and flora.

Walking in, the house is built as a main house and guest wing - the two guest bedrooms and guest bath are to the left, and the living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry, half-bath and master suite are to the right.

The living and dining area has sliding doors across its width, looking out to the screened lanai and spacious back yard. The blue sky above is framed with sago palms and umbrella trees that you'll find on the property.

The kitchen will be fully-equipped, with bar seating, along with a laundry room and powder room just around the corner. There is a door leading to the back staircase landing, where a bbq grill is at the ready for cookouts.

Down the hall, you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bath with a shower, and a flat panel tv.

The 2nd guest bedroom will have a King bed, while the 3rd bedroom will have a twin trundle bed. The two guest bedrooms each have a walk-in closet, along with a shared bath with a single vanity and tub/shower.

Take a quick trip downstairs and you'll find beach chairs, and storage galore for your island beach toys and shells. With the beach being 3 driveways away, it's a quick hop-skip and a jump to the miles of sugar sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico.

The spacious yard is ideal for playing with your kids, grandkids or relaxing with a good book. You can also play fetch with your doggie - YES, Brody's Shell Shack is dog-friendly, with prior ower approval and payment of an additional non-refundable pet fee.

The "World Famous" Lighthouse Cafe, Pinnochio's Ice Cream and Tuttle's Seashorse Shops are island favorites, and they're just down the street.

There's no better way to enjoy a meal, a little retail therapy and top it off with a homemade ice cream than to find it right around the corner!

Enjoy spectactular fishing and shelling opportunities at the historic Sanibel lighthouse and fishing pier, which are an easy walk or bike ride away.

Brody's Shell Shack is professionally managed by Cottages to Castles of Sanibel & Captiva. Since 1997, they've been making sure that each stay is a memorable one for families near and far, big and small.

This home is zoned by the City of Sanibel for minimum 28 night rentals, no exceptions.

Your doggie is welcome at this property with prior approval of the Owner and Cottages to Castles. Payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required. The non-refundable fee is based on the length of your stay and the number of doggies in residence and/or visiting the property. Weight limit and breed restrictions may be applicable.

A credit card is accepted for payment of the refundable security deposit only. Final payments must be made by check, eCheck, bank wire, or cashier's check.
