Sundial Q401 is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath + den gulf view condo on the top level of the Q-building at the Sundial East condominiums. This popular building in the Sundial complex features its own outdoor heated swimming pool, beach access and bbq grills.
**Sundial Q401 will be known as Apres Sea after it is renovated!**
The description below is accurate for all stays prior to April 30, 2022. Apres Sea at the Sundial will be undergoing a top-to-bottom renovation, and it will be ready for rental for the 2023 Winter Season.

Sundial Q-401 is on the 4th floor, and the condo currently has ceramic tile throughout and berber carpets in the bedrooms. The living room features a wide-screen television, with dvd player, a beautiful sectional with a queen sleeper, club chair, bamboo coffee table with 2 additional ottomans for seating, as well as an iPod stereo system.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and a breakfast bar with seating for 2.
The dining room seats 6- 8 comfortably, and it is part of the living room area. It has access to the screened lanai, which has a dining table for 4, 2 chaise lounges and 3 side chairs, along with lovely water views.
The primary bedroom has a King bed, two comfy reading chairs, a flat panel tv with dvd player, ample closet space and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities. It has a sliding door to provide access to the lanai.
The guest bedroom has a King bed with a beautiful seashell headboard, a flat panel tv, ample closet space, and is adjacent to the guest bathroom.
The guest bathroom has a shower and single vanity.
The den has 2 Twin beds and is off of the living room. It has a pocket door to separate it from the kitchen, and double pocket doors that can be drawn closed to create privacy between the den and the living/dining area. a flat panel TV and DVD player as well.
Q401 has its own stack front load washer dryer, and laundry detergent is provided for you. Q-401also has a covered parking space that is immediately next to the elevator as well, so your luggage isn't an issue!
A quick ride down the elevator or beachside staircase takes you to the pool. It is heated, and there are bathrooms, tables, chairs, and chaise lounges for your use. A short walk on the boardwalk leads you to the sugar sand Gulf of Mexico beaches, which are famous for their shells.
A grilling area is just downstairs, with 2 propane grills available for your complimentary use. Even better, there is a Bailey's Marketplace shop on-site, so you can pick up practically anything you need for a meal or a day at the beach.
Sundial is centrally located to restaurants, shops, live theater, museums and the library. You can ride a bike, walk or drive with ease.
This Sundial condo is privately owned, and these condo owners are not members of the resort Guests will have limited access to the resort’s amenities.
