Find your piece of paradise in this rare beach-front cottage on Sanibel island. It has just what you need for a relaxing, care-free vacation.

White Caps #4 is a simply darling cottage featuring one bedroom and one and a half baths. It's perfectly situated on one of Sanibel's best shelling beaches. Just step out your door and enjoy!

White Caps Cottages was an inn back in the 1950s, sitting right on the Gulf of Mexico. They have been a home away from home for many families over the years. Walk out of your front door to the sandy beach path leading to colorful sunrises and sunsets, prized shells, fishing, and that relaxed Sanibel feeling.

White Caps #4 has tile throughout, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, 2 cable tvs, telephone and complimentary wifi.

The living room is painted a tropical mellow yellow color, and it has a comfy couch, upholstered recliner rocker and flat panel wall-mounted tv. Seashell lamps, seahorse shelves and beach-y pillows complete the beach cottage feel.

Cottage #4 is pet friendly, and there is room in the living area for your doggie bed or crate.

Sliding glass doors open out to the enclosed air conditioned lanai. The lanai has retractable sliding doors that can be easily opened on cool days. There are two glider rocking chairs, as well as a dining table for 4. Enjoy your morning coffee or sunset cocktails in the sun room.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher and Summit ceramabrite range. There are plenty of wine and champagne glasses, so you can celebrate your island time in paradise.

The bedroom is Swimming Blue, and it has a Stearns and Foster Queen bed with 4 storage drawers and 4 storage cubbies underneath, darling sand dollar and seashell lamps, a wall mounted TV and a closet for your personal items. In addition, there is a full bath with a shower, as well as a bonus half bath adjacent to the bedroom.

Beach chairs and towels are provided for your use along with an outdoor shower that has hot and cold water. Everything that you need to be self catering during your stay is provided, including coffee filters, dishwasher tablets, paper products and cleaning supplies.

A little laundry house is located on site with a coin-operated washer and dryer for use by White Caps guests.

Your small doggie is welcome with Owner and Association approval, and payment of an additional non-refundable pet fee. Breed and weight restrictions apply. The fee is calculated on the length of stay.

White Caps #4 is professionally managed by Cottages to Castles of Sanibel & Captiva. Since 1997, they've been making sure that each stay is a memorable one.

In lieu of payment of a $2000 refundable deposit, a $55 Vacation Rental Damage Waiver Protection Fee and a 20% installment payment of rent/taxes is required to confirm a reservation.

White Caps is a SMOKE FREE property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

White Caps cottages are zoned by the City of Sanibel for minimum 7 night rentals, no exceptions.

A credit card is accepted for payment of the installment payment or refundable security deposit only. Final payments must be made by check, eCheck, bank wire, or cashier's check.
