Located at the northernmost part of Lake Murex Estates, London Calling features a beautifully landscaped property that overlooks some of the most pristine wetlands and refuge land Sanibel has to offer. If you are a Birder, or simply appreciate them, this house offers spectacular
viewing opportunities. For the outdoor enthusiast, the community tennis/pickle ball courts are less than 100 yards away, while the beach access is only 8/10 of a mile away.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths upstairs, a formal living room, dining room, family room, kitchen and outdoor deck, this property is ideal for family members of all ages. The home has a private elevator to service all 3 floors, and there is a mother-in-law suite on the ground level with a full bath for any unexpected visitors that you might have during your stay.

The kitchen and family room adjoin the outdoor deck that overlooks the heated pool and spa, while the dining room overlooks the front of the property, and it features seating for up to 8.

The Queen bedroom features a Jack-and-Jill bath accessible from the bedroom itself, as well as the kitchen/family room area. This bedroom overlooks the front and west of the property.

The 2nd guest bedroom features a twin bed with retractable twin bed underneath, while the 3rd bedroom has a day bed (with a retractable twin bed underneath). These two guest rooms share a shower room that is also accessible to the outdoor upper deck.

Downstairs features a full bathroom with shower, a sitting room with a full size sleeper sofa, side chair and cable tv, a kitchenette with microwave, fridge and a bedroom with a twin bed.

You can zip downstairs to the open air pool and spa via the outdoor or indoor staircase, or take the elevator.

London Calling is professionally managed by Cottages to Castles of Sanibel & Captiva. Since 1997, they've been making sure that you have everything you need to make your stay a memorable one.

Your doggie is welcome at this property with prior approval of the Owner and Cottages to Castles. Payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required. The non-refundable fee is based on the length of your stay and the number of doggies in residence and/or visiting the property. Weight limit and breed restrictions may be applicable.
