Believe it or not the most-raved about inventories typically boast such incredibly simple things as Tupperware containers (!), beach towels/chairs, board games, reading books, an ice bucket, a platter and roasting pan for a holiday dinner, a hair dryer, a wireless tv or an Apple TV, an inexpensive sound system, and WIFI….sounds like your own home, doesn’t it?
A vacation rental should be your home away from home. It doesn’t have to be outfitted expensively, but it should be well appointed. Have you ever heard a guest complain that a unit had too much of something? In this fast-paced world, customer loyalty is fickle.
We recognize the importance of being service-oriented, not only to our guests, but to you, our Owner. It is our philosophy that a well-maintained unit rents better, longer, and for more money.
In addition, you can expect more if you inspect more. Your unit will be inventoried annually, free of charge.
Every property is a potential high performer. Some just need a little help along the way…We will do your shopping for you! This includes upgrading your unit, overseeing renovations, maintenance and repairs. We will purchase items you request on our time and bill your owner account; or, we will deliver and set up items you send to our office for your unit.
In addition, don’t work hard, work smart. We will arrange for and deliver welcome amenities for your guests, groceries, luggage, airport transportation, restaurant reservations and nanny services upon request.
