In one direction, find the shelling and wildlife of Sanibel Island. In the other direction, the beautiful beaches and laid-back style of Captiva Island.

The location of Harbour View House makes it ideal for boating, kayaking, fishing, or for those who just appreciate a tranquil, water view, away from it all. Dinkins Bayou, with its beautiful sunrises and wildlife, is your view!

Harbour View is a 2 story home + loft, featuring 2 garages, a heated pool, and boat dock. It is waterfront living at its finest, perfect for up to 9 people.

The light and airy home features tile throughout the living room, dining room, kitchen and baths, while the bedrooms are carpeted.

The first living level features the fully-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and outdoor decks that overlook the heated pool below.

There are two bedrooms on the main level. The master bedroom features a King bed and en-suite bath, while the second bedroom features a King bed and an adjoining bath.

Upstairs, there is a loft office overlooking the main living level, and it has beautiful views of Dinkins Bayou.

The top floor also features a bedroom with 3 twin beds, and a guest bath.

The Gulf of Mexico beaches are a 5 minute walk, and the Santiva General Store, Lazy Flamingo, Sunset Grill and Mad Hatter Restaurants are located just around the corner. You will not go hungry!

The heart of Captiva is 3 miles away, while the heart of Sanibel is 7 miles away. Harbour View is 5 miles from the entrance to the world renowned J.N. "Ding" Darling Wildlife Sanctuary (2 miles from the exit), and the Blind Pass beaches (famous for shelling and fishing) are a 5 minute walk from the house.

This home is zoned by the City of Sanibel for minimum 28 night rentals, no exceptions.

Our property is professionally managed by Cottages to Castles of Sanibel & Captiva. Since 1997, they've been making sure that each stay is a memorable one.

Your doggie is welcome at this property with prior approval of the Owner and Cottages to Castles. Payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required. The non-refundable fee is based on the length of your stay and the number of doggies in residence and/or visiting the property. Weight limit and breed restrictions may be applicable, based on the type of property rented.

Failure to disclose a doggie in residence and/or visiting the property for non-overnight stays can result in eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid funds.

Houses may be rented for any 28 days within the same calendar month. Please call if you have specific dates.
